The Intro step welcomes users, explains the verification process, and provides necessary instructions. It is always positioned at the beginning of the flow and is a vital element for guiding users through the verification journey. It is especially useful when the flow includes multiple steps, ensuring users are well-informed and prepared before they begin.
Add Intro Screen step into the flow canvas at the appropriate position in the flow.
Click on Intro Screen to open its configuration option
You can customize the Intro Screen in the flow builder by adding your own links to the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policies. This feature allows users to review and accept these policies during the verification process without requiring you to add additional steps to the workflow.
In the General tab, locate the Confirmed Links section.
Add your links and Save changes:
Enter the link for your Privacy Policy in the respective field.
User Experience:
Users will see checkboxes on the Intro Screen, prompting them to confirm that they’ve read, understood, and agreed to your company’s Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.
Clicking the linked text (e.g., “privacy policy” or “terms of conditions”) will open the corresponding document for review.

The Liveness step is designed to verify the presence of a live person during the verification process.
Add Liveness Check step into the flow canvas at the appropriate position in the flow.
Click on Liveness Check to open its configuration options:
Number of Attempts
Define the maximum number of attempts allowed for the liveness check. The limit is set to 5 attempts.
One-shot Liveness

The Address Verification step allows you to collect a user’s address and automatically check whether it exists using trusted address data sources (e.g., Google data). This step helps validate address accuracy without requiring document uploads or AI-based document analysis unless explicitly enabled.
Add the Address verification step into the flow canvas at the appropriate position in the flow.
Click on Address verification to open its configuration options.
Require proof of address.When enabled, applicants must upload a document that confirms their address. This converts the step into a proof-of-address verification where the document upload step is mandatory. Address data extracted from the proof-of-address document is analyzed using AI and compared against the user’s identity document to ensure consistency. When disabled, the step only collects the address and verifies its existence.
Verification Validity Period. Defines how long the address verification result remains valid after successful completion. Once the validity period expires, the user must complete the address verification step again. Select the Duration Unit to specify how long the verification remains valid.
Use data from document without MRZ. When enabled, the system extracts address data from uploaded documents that do not contain a Machine Readable Zone (MRZ). This allows support for a wider range of proof-of-address documents, such as utility bills or bank statements.
Take data from questionnaire. When enabled, the system reuses address information collected earlier in the flow through a questionnaire. Relevant user-provided data is automatically populated into the Address Verification step, reducing user input and improving completion rates.Document Type Selector. Select the types of documents that applicants are allowed to submit as proof of address. Each document type (e.g., Utility Bill, Bank Statement) can be enabled or disabled using a checkbox, ensuring only accepted document categories are used during verification.


The Thank You step is designed to acknowledge and thank users for completing the verification process. It is always placed at the end of the flow.
Add Thank You Screen step into the flow canvas at the appropriate position in the flow.

Customization Options While the Thank You Step does not have functional settings, it offers extensive UI customization options to ensure it fits seamlessly with your brand and provides a positive user experience.
The Crypto Wallet and Transaction Monitoring feature enables users to seamlessly track and verify cryptocurrency wallets and transactions. This tool enhances security and compliance by providing robust monitoring capabilities integrated directly into your workflows or accessible through a dedicated interface.
Adding to the User Verification Workflow Leverage the Workflow Builder to integrate wallet and transaction checks directly into your user verification process. Follow these steps:
Navigate to the Workflow Builder in your dashboard.
Select the workflow where you want to include wallet and transaction monitoring.
Add the Transaction monitoring step from the available options:
Configure the parameters, such as the maximum count of addresses and the list of allowed blockchains:

OTP (One Time Password)
Enable this option to send the OTP to the user's email address. This feature adds an additional layer of security to the email verification process.

These settings allow you to adjust the Email Verification step according to your security requirements and user experience preferences.
Source Selection
Choose minumum 2 sources for face matching, including the following:
Document Photo: Use the photo from the uploaded document.
Liveness Results: Use the captured image from the liveness check.
Selfie: Use a selfie taken by the user.
External Database: Use a photo from an external database.
Verification Validity Period
This setting defines how long a successful verification result remains valid. Enforce re-verification after a defined time window for security or compliance needs.
Minimum Requirement: You must select at least two sources for face matching to ensure robust verification.
Auto-Approval: an Applicant is approved automatically, if face matching result is 85% or higher. Otherwise, the reviewer has to check the results and finish the verification process manually.

The Phone Verification step validates the applicant’s phone number to ensure its authenticity and activity. This step enhances security by confirming that the provided phone number is legitimate and can receive communications, which is essential for preventing fraud.
To add the Phone Verification step:
Add Phone Verification: Drag and drop the Phone Verification step into the flow canvas at the desired position within the verification flow.
Open Configuration Options: Click on Phone Verification in the flow to access and configure its settings:
These settings allow you to adjust the Phone Verification step according to your security requirements and user experience preferences.
The AML Step enhances security and compliance by monitoring user profiles for potential money laundering activities. Users have the option to enable or disable ongoing monitoring as needed.

Click on AML check to open its configuration options.
Toggle on or off the ongoing monitoring feature.
Set the periodicity for ongoing monitoring (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).

The AML step operates seamlessly in the background without requiring any actions from the end user. It conducts ongoing monitoring autonomously to enhance security and compliance.

Toggle HLR on or off to check if the applicant’s phone number is currently registered with a mobile network, ensuring that it’s active and valid.
Number of Attempts
Select the maximum number of attempts allowed for the applicant to verify their phone number. This setting can help prevent unauthorized access by limiting the retry attempts for OTP verification.
Choose How to Send OTP
Select the preferred method for delivering the OTP:
SMS Message: Sends the OTP via text message.
Phone Call: Sends the OTP through an automated phone call.

Ways to Capture Documents
Gallery Upload: Allow users to upload documents from their device gallery.
Device Camera: Enable users to capture documents using their device camera.
Autocapture: Identifies documents within the camera frame automatically.

Age Restrictions
An option to set the minimum age for verification. The default age is set to 18, but you can customize this by entering a different value depending on your organization’s requirements.

Document Position Validation
Define the minimum indent from the document corners to the image borders as a percentage of the document width. If the indent is smaller than specified, an error will be indicated in the documentPosition field.
