The results are displayed as a link to the completed questionnaire in a downloadable PDF format:

Download button is provided next to the file name, allowing the reviewer to easily access the PDF file. This feature ensures that the questionnaire results can be reviewed in detail, stored, or shared with other team members as necessary.
